Overall: 0 \| Quality: 0 \| Value: 0		This company is a hoax. They had ZERO commercial listings - they were all residential in all the searches I did in the entire state.

Overall: 0 \| Quality: 0 \| Value: 0		Charging 50 bucks a month for information that is available for free to anyone! Most listings aren't even in foreclosure because they have been sold and resold.

Horrid accuracy rate and updates - January 7, 2009
Overall: 0 \| Quality: 0 \| Value: 0		I subscribed to REALTYTRAC.COM, a very wide-spread agent that supposedly provides listing information on homes in foreclosure and other general real estate information. It's a complete rip off. You have to pay $50 per month to 'subscribe'. Want to see a For-Sale-By-Owner listing? That's right, they pay to list, you pay to see. Of those listed in foreclosure, many are over two years old.
