Sold My Home In A Despressed Market - January 12, 2009
Overall: 10 \| Quality: 10 \| Value: 10		With many foreclosures popping up all around us, I found that by using FSBO.com was the way to go. I held open houses every weekend (Sat.&Sun) I had 40 walk-thru. The 36th walk-thru made an offer. I asked how they found out about our home for sale. They indicated that they were reviewing the FSBO Web page for open houses being held that day. They were at our home with-in the hour. I was asking $259,900 and accepted an offer of $245,000. I put the home on the market on 11-10-07 and sold on 2-4-08. I couldn't be happier.
