Overall: 9 \| Quality: 6 \| Value: 10		i listed a few properties on cimls and got a couple good leads. this site lets you list as many premium properties as you want for your $20 where the rest of the sites charge throught the nose for every signle listing. not the biggest, but the best value.

Not well organized... - September 24, 2008
Overall: 4 \| Quality: 2 \| Value: 5		Although free to view listings, it is pretty tough to navigate around, and there isn't a whole lot of stuff listed. You are better off coughing up a few bucks and going with something like LoopNet.
